Your ongoing counselling sessions are a continuation of the journey we've begun together—a journey toward greater self-awareness, resilience and wellbeing, both personal and professional. Each session is an opportunity for us to delve deeper into the issues you're facing, explore new insights and develop practical strategies to help you navigate life's challenges. You'll have the space to express yourself freely, knowing that you're in a safe and supportive environment. We'll work together to address the issues that are important to you, using a combination of therapeutic techniques tailored to your individual needs. Whether we're exploring past experiences, developing coping skills, or setting goals for your future, your sessions will be focused on helping you move forward in a positive, productive direction. Throughout our work together, I'll be here to provide guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way. I'll actively listen to your concerns and offer insights and perspectives to help you gain clarity and insight. Between sessions, I encourage you to reflect on our discussions and practice any skills or techniques we've discussed. Your active participation in the counselling process will enable you to make meaningful progress and achieve lasting change. Remember, counselling is a journey and progress may not always be linear. But with consistency, persistence and support, you have the agency to create positive change in your life. I'm here to walk beside you, celebrating your successes and supporting you through any setbacks you may encounter. Sessions available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. If this availability does not suit you, please contact me to request an alternate time/s and I will see if I can accommodate that request.
